Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery Timeframes

Expected delivery is around 4-5 weeks, but in case of excess orders, it may take up to 60 days. While our sales executives may provide an estimated delivery time, the actual delivery time will be confirmed by our production team once the order details are confirmed by the customer. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to force majeure events such as natural disasters, labor unrest, and electricity outages.

Returns Not Accepted

Since we specialize in custom-made orders, we do not entertain returns. Customers must be careful before confirming their orders, as returns are not accepted.

Changes, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order.
  • Any changes to orders must be made prior to manufacturing.
  • Deposits on cancellations after the completion of a custom unit will not be refunded.
  • Refunds can take up to 30 days to process, and an administration fee may be charged in certain cases.
  • No refunds are allowed without an invoice; the order form is not considered an invoice.
